Error Codes:

• 104
• E406
• E451

Error Messages/Solutions:

The Web Filter is reporting error 104 (Authentication failure) when the Agent attempts to connect:

• Is the Web Filter running the latest authentication module?
• Is the passphrase correct in the Agent's configuration?

Probes are timing out ("BadNetpath error", or "E406 / E_WmiWorkstationProbe_RPC_Unavailable"):

• Is the Windows Firewall blocking "File and Printer Sharing"? This function must be enabled.
• Can you connect to a share on the target workstation from the Agent host, while logged in as dcagent_service?
