What are the permissions with 'Sub Administrator', 'IPGroup Sub Administrator' and 'Help Desk Admininistrator'
Information:
There are three types of GUI access, a 'Sub Admin' accounts, an 'IPGROUP Sub Admin' and a ' Help Desk Administrator'.
Sub Administrator created by the Administrator:
- Can administer his custom categories only
- Can reload Library
- Can perform 'Library Lookup'
- Cannot see 'IPGROUPS'.
- Cannot add 'IPGROUPS'
- Cannot see System Settings
- Cannot see Reporting settings in the filter
IPGROUP Sub Administrator:
- Can modify assigned 'IPGROUP' profile only
- Can add/modify custom categories for their IPGROUP only
- Can reload Library
- Can use 'Library Lookup'
- Cannot see System Settings
- Cannot see Reporting settings in the filter
Help Desk Administrator created by the Administrator:
- Can reload Library
- Can perform 'Library Lookup
- Cannot see System Settings
- Cannot see Reporting settings in the filter
- Cannot see 'IPGROUPS'
- Cannot add 'IPGROUPS'
