- I used to be able to set the NIC mode of the filter from the gui when the filter was at patch version 2.2.0.11 but after upgrading my unit to 3.0.10.13 I can no longer make those changes from the gui and I don't see the option to do that.

The option was taking out from the gui interface in the patch version 3.0.0.9

If for some reason the filter is not negotiating correctly with the speed and duplex of your monitoring switch then you will need to contact technical support for assistance.
