INFO: Changing NIC negotiation

Expand / Collapse

This article applies to:

  • R3000 3.0.10.13

Question:

  • I used to be able to set the NIC mode of the filter from the gui when the filter was at patch version 2.2.0.11 but after upgrading my unit to 3.0.10.13 I can no longer make those changes from the gui and I don't see the option to do that.

Information:

The option was taking out from the gui interface in the patch version 3.0.0.9

Notes:

If for some reason the filter is not negotiating correctly with the speed and duplex of your monitoring switch then you will need to contact technical support for assistance.
