Question:

What happens if R3000 fails to receive LOGOFF from Radius server?

Reply

Question:  Suppose that a user logs in via Radius, and then the Radius server goes offline, or there's some other network issue preventing the R3000 from receiving a LOGOFF for the user.  What happens then?

Basically, the workstation will stay logged on indefintely, with the profile it was assigned at logon.

Currently, you cannot "drop" a user's profile manually via the GUI.  If you contact technical support, we can drop the profile for you, provided that we have access to your R3000 on TCP port 22. Otherwise, you can reboot the R3000 to immediately drop all active profiles.
