Symptoms
- Accessing email files through Console or Web components
- Windows error message: Error 1130 - Not enough server storage is available to process this command.
Causes
- This error relates to insufficient Windows resources on one of the MailMarshal server computers (Array Manager or Email Processing Server).
- In particular, you may need to change the IRPStackSize parameter on one or more of these computers.
- Some other applications, such as anti-virus software, may have changed this parameter.
Resolution:
Review the Microsoft Knowledge Base for more information and suggested steps to resolve the issue. The following items are relevant:
