Symptoms:
- Setup Failed error while installing Security Reporting Center.
- Installation of Security Reporting Center fails.
Causes:
You attempted to install Security Reporting Center on a computer running Windows Terminal Server.
Information:
Security Reporting Center will not work where Terminal Server is installed.
To resolve this issue, do not install Security Reporting Center on the following:
- Windows 2003 with Terminal Server
- Windows 2000 server with Terminal Services configured in Application server mode
Note: Do not use any special characters while entering the username or password information during the Security Reporting Center installation process.
