How do I customize the initial 220 response greeting string that MailMarshal returns to a sender?

Procedure:

You can change both the Greeting String and Received field information from the advanced Receiver properties in the MailMarshal Configurator or MailMarshal (SEG) 10 Management Console.

MailMarshal SMTP 6.5 and above:

Go to Array Properties | Receiver Properties | Advanced.

MailMarshal SMTP 6.0 through 6.4:

1. Go to Tools | Server and Array Properties | Advanced tab.
2. Click the Additional Options button.
3. Click the Receiver tab.
