Causes:
This error can be caused by a corrupt or outdated version of the Microsoft Windows Installer.

If you are having problems installing Firewall Suite, please download the latest version of the Microsoft Windows installer from www.microsoft.com:
- Go to http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/search.asp?.
- Search by keyword,
installer.
- Select the version of Microsoft installer appropriate for your operating system.
- Download and install on your machine.
Notes:
The Microsoft® Windows® Installer is an application installation and configuration service. Instmsi.exe is the redistributable package for installing or upgrading Windows Installer.
