Question:
Do I need a new license if I change the local domain type from Relay to POP3?
Reply:
No, a new license key will not be needed if you only change the local domain type.
SID based keys do not relate to email domains. With a Local Domains key, the only changes that can invalidate it are:
- Adding a new domain.
- Removing a domain.
- Altering the spelling of an existing domain in any way, including altering your wildcard usage.
