This article lists the default install paths and the registry key locations for each ECM/MailMarshal Exchange version.

Notes:
- The install path can be customized by the user when ECM is installed, so it may not be installed in the default location.
- On 64 bit systems, ECM installs as a 32 bit application.
Install Paths
- Version 7.1.5 and above: %SystemDrive%\Program Files\Marshal\MailMarshal Exchange
- Web Components install to ...\Marshal\MailMarshal Exchange Web Components
- On a 32 bit system (allowed for user interfaces and web components), all items install to ...\Program Files\...

Unpacking folder
The Unpacking folder is used as a working space to unpack and scan email messages.
The default location for the Unpacking folder is within the ECM installation folder (for instance, C:\Program Files (x86)\Marshal\MailMarshal Exchange\Unpacking).
