- Trustwave MailMarshal (SEG) 8.X and below
- Trustwave ECM/MailMarshal Exchange
Symptoms:
- After upgrading SEG or ECM, attempting to connect with a remote Console, Configurator, or Web interfaces
- Error: The ... server you are connecting to is mismatched to this console.
- Error: The ... server you are connecting to is mismatched to this configurator.
Cause:
All Console, Configurator and Web Components installations must be the same version as the Array Manager.
Resolution:
Upgrade the affected Console, Configurator or Web Components.
