Causes:

• The problem is related to a mismatch between disabed RC4 ciphers in the java client and the cipher setting on the NAC side.

Resolution:

To resolve the issue, update the cipher suite list.

1. On each sensor edit the following file:
    
   /usr/dist/config/httpd/conf.d/template_head.conf 
    
2. Change the following line (typically line 93 of the file)
