HOWTO: How to run Get Logs manually from the command line

Question:

  • How do I run the Get Logs process if I am unable to log in to the GUI?

Procedure:

You can run the following from the command line:

cd /usr/local/itactics/bin
./getlogs.sh

The log file is created in /tmp/logs_<date>.tar.bz2
