INFO: Adding Individual user certificate to the MAC keychain

Expand / Collapse

This article applies to:

  • WFR  5.0.20
  • WF    5.0.20

Question:

  • Where does the Individual user certificate need to be saved under the MAC keychain?

Information:

In order for the users to get their individual profile please make sure that the certificate imported from their Ldap or IP profile is saved under Login within the key-chain.

Please check the settings under access control to verify whether all applications have access to this private key.

If this is not set up correctly the user will not be able to get the individual profile and may end up at the default Profile.
