HOWTO: Add multiple users to the Certificate management using a text file

This article applies to:           

  • WFR 5.0.20   (Synced as a Source to a Web Filter in Mobile Mode)
  • WF 5.0.20     (Configured in Mobile Mode)

Question:

  • How can I add multiple users to the Certificate management under IP group profiles?

Information:

 

You can use the format listed below to add multiple users to the Certificate management using a text file:


Name,Email,Profile,Privatekey password

 

Example :

John Doe,johndoe@xyz.com,MobileUser,johndoe_xyz


 

Log in to the Filter and go to Profile >IP >MobileUser >Certificate Management

Use the Import Users options on the bottom of this window to import your text file. 

 

Notes:

*The private key password needs to be at least 8 characters long while containing numbers and special characters.

*MobileUser is the name given to the IP profile to distinguish Mobile users for this article. Certificates can be added to any IP Profile .
