FAQ: What are all the possible system log messages?

  • SWG 10.x , 11.x

Question:

  • Customer needs the template of all system log messages, When using a third party product to match message content to raise automated alerts. For this they want a file detailing all the possible messages.

Reply:

All the system log messages can be found in the attached file.

Note that on the SWG this file can be found at:  /var/logserver/msg_table.xml 

Note that some messages have variable place holders. E.g. %DEVICE_IP
