Question:

  • How can I block java traffic?

Reply:

SWG blocks requests/content based on its properties. Thus it cannot block java as a whole but perhaps based on its behavior. 

Since java uses .class files you can add a rule to block File Extension .class files and you can also add a rule to block Content Type "Java Class".
