FAQ: WF300/WFR350 randomly becomes non-responsive

Question:

  • I have a WF300 or WFR350 unit.  At times, it will randomly become non-responsive, such that it stops filtering and the GUI can no longer be reached.  Rebooting the unit resolves the issue temporarily, but the problem will eventually repeat itself.  What can be done?

Reply:

For these specific hardware models, a kernel update exists that has been shown to keep things stable.  Please contact Technical Support to arrange for the installation of this update.
