  • Why is my bandwith column have all zero's in my reports?

Reply:

This article answers a common question: why is this column have all zero's?

Answer: This column is for the SWG (Secure Web Gateway) hardware. Since the device is inline it can measure bandwidth. The SWG scans web pages and removes malicious code in real-time, then rebuilds the page before sending to user.
