Additional issue fixed

The following issue is fixed in 7.0.2 but not mentioned in the published Change History.

MM-4092 For MailMarshal SPE installations, an incorrect SMTP verb was sent to non-SPE servers, causing messages to be rejected in some cases. Fixed.
