HOWTO: The year 2011 is missing from the date section for reports

Expand / Collapse

This article applies to:

Reporter, ER, reports, 2011 date not showing

Question:

The year 2011 is missing from the date section for reports?

Procedure:

If the reporter is at an older version like 4.x.x or lower and the ER reports do not have the year 2011 showing as a date option, then please upgrade your reporter to version 5.0 or higher. This does not apply to WFR appliances or Security Reporters.
To see if patches are available go to the Reporter administration section under Server>Software Updates there will be apply buttons there. Patches are applied one at a time oldest to newest, best practice is to agree to the EULA and log off, wait 5 min and see if you can log back in, if page cannot display, the patch is still applying. There is a read me file on every patch, please read it for customer impact alerts or features added. Usually the ER patches do not require a reboot, but please read and do not reboot, while the patch is applying, it may cause loss of all data if the unit is prematurely rebooted. Call us first if you’re unsure.

Notes:

Optional.
