To ensure that Exchange Server is not being overloaded with messages, MailMarshal Exchange periodicaly checks the number of email files in the Replay directory. If the number is too high, MailMarshal Exchange logs an alert and stops placing processed email in the Replay directory. By default the Engine checks every 7 minutes and stops moving processed mail if more than 30,000 files are present. You can use Registry settings to adjust the threshold number, and the frequency of the checks.
