• What is Trustwave's WEEE and RoHS policy for Secure Web Gateway appliances?

Information:

Trustwave is committed to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including the European Union's Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) and Restriction of Hazardous Substances (RoHS) directives.

Trustwave has plans and processes in place to comply with the RoHS directive, as of July 1, 2006. Accordingly, RoHS substances have been eliminated or reduced to levels below legal limits for all Secure Web Gateway products sold in the EU, except where we must take an exemption as allowed by the EU RoHS directive.

Trustwave has plans and processes in place to comply with the WEEE directive.
