INFO: Why am I unable to see new ER software update on my IR unit?

  • R3000 IR

Question:

  • Why am I unable to see new ER software update on my IR unit?
  • I got email alert that system downloaded following patch, but I cannot see that under available patches.

        Successful download for patch:patch.ER6.0.10.7.20100525.tar (2010/05/25)

Information:

The IR unit requires both the ER software update (version 6.0.10 this will not be visible on IR combo filters) and Web Filter software update (version 4.0.10) to be downloaded to the software update queues in the Enterprise Reporter and Web Filter (R3000) before you can upgrade your IR appliance to use these latest software versions.

Once you select Web Filter software update (version 4.0.10) before it finish upgrade, it will also update ER software to (version 6.0.10).
