YouTube Safety Mode support is included in 4.0.10 software release. You may enforce YouTube Safety Mode on a certain user, a group of users, or an entire organization. YouTube’s safety mode enforcement allows for blocking of objectionable material on YouTube.

Notes:

YouTube claims that their safety mode filtering is not 100 percent accurate, and they use community flagging and other content signals to determine and filter out inappropriate content.
