HOTFIX: ftp sites searches in the ER

  • All Er reporters as of 2/30/2010

 

Question:

  • Can I run a Report on what sites are ftp accessed or blocked?

Reply:

Since ftp is a protocol and not a domain name the short answer is no, but if you have a ftp IP address the ER can find that IP under sites.  Make sure uncategorized sites are unchecked under Settings>default options
