Expand / Collapse

  • Question

Attempting to implement a valid license in an appliance pops up a 'License key is invalid(Error: License key is invalid).' error, or some engines like the Anti-Virus or URL categorizations do not work at all.

  • Answer
Please access the appliance via SSH and type the command: show_time :

The command will show the appliance's time and date. Please make sure the time and date are set correctly. If the time and date are not accurate, please type the command config_time and set it:

When the time and date of the appliance are set and accurate, please try implementing the license again. If this gives the same error, please try restarting the appliance or contact Finjan's support.
