FAQ: View drill down is greyed out with more than 1 user search

This article applies to:

  • Product Enterprise Reporter  
  • Product 5.2.00.9 and up

Question:

  • Why is "view drill down reports" greyed out when searching for more then one user?

Answer:

Due to the high cpu needed to run extensive reports on multiple users the "view drill down reports" button is greyed out and will be emailed to you instead. you can still run a report for one user as before. adding more then one user will grey out the button.
