Expand / Collapse

This article applies to:

  • R3000

Question:

  • I’m receiving the following error when attempting to login to the R3000:

This account has been locked. There was maximum number of unsuccessful logon attempts.

Reply:

There are a couple of options:

1. Another Admin can login and unlock the locked account.  System> Secure Logon> Logon Management and unlock the account.

2. The admin can use the console "menu" to reset the admin account (this resets the user/pass to default.)
