• How is the filter able to get any urls or web sites that 8e6 has recently removed or added to their database or library?

Information:

By default the filter is set to do automatic library update every night, that is it connects to the 8e6 library server and then gets any update, addition, re-categorization, deletion or removal that 8e6 might have done in terms of sites/urls, and the default is set at 1am local time of the filter location. You can confirm this when you log into the unit and then go to Library->Updates->Configuration->Current automatic update time.
