INFO: Adding workstation NetBios name in LDAP group

Question:

  • I have my workstation NetBios name in my active directory within an OU group along with other users/members listed in the same group, but when I add the OU group into the filter LDAP, I see all the members (individual users) listed but I can’t see the workstation NetBios name that I added in my active directory.

Information:

The reason you can’t see the NetBios name of the workstation listed in the LDAP OU group is because you can only add the individual NetBios names and assign individual profile to them and not as an OU group, or group that contains members. It should be individually added.
