INFO: Creating reports based on multiple username

This article applies to:

  • Enterprise Reporter (ER) 5.2.00 

Question:

  • When I try to run a custom report based on multiple usernames entered in the Custom Report Wizard->Specific user detail by page, I get a pop up that says "You may not have more than 7 days in date range", how may I change the number of days?

Information:

The reason you are receiving the message is because running this type of report on more than one username is resource intensive and so it is limited to only 7 days.
