At this moment the only progress report you can view is when you are doing a full URL library update and it can be viewed at Library->Updates->Library Update Log->View log, and you would need to continue clicking the View Log tab for refresh.
You would not be able to see the progress report when applying a patch. This applies to both the enterprise reporter and the R3000 filters
