ER -Enterprise Reporter
Currently you can not change the date format on the Enterprise reporter and any changes made to reflect the region that you are located would only affect the time format. That means if you change the time zone on the ER server GUI (see Fig. 1) the date format would remain the same but the time would reflect the region that you are located. It would not change how the date would be displayed, this applies to the filter as well.
