Question:

I'm using LDAP and I want to block all web access for one or more end users

Reply

Create a new Rule to block all categories, unless you have one built already.
Click on Groups tab in the GUI and click on LDAP.
Find your Domain, right click on "Select Group/Member from Domain"
Find UID in the drop down list, put a *username in the next field and look for the end users listed.
Place a check mark on the end users to be blocked and add your rule that blocks all access at the bottom of the GUI.
Click Add Rule.
