Question:

I randomly get HTTP status 500 exception errors when generating reports

Reply

In the ER 4.1.00+, upon initial generation of a report (as opposed to exporting it after it is generated), the filter may return an HTTP status 500 exception error.  This will generally occur after multiple other reports have been generated.  This is caused by a bug in the webclient.  If you are affected, please contact technical support - a fix is available for this issue.
