Generating report with wild card in IP field

I want to generate a report for group of IP addresses and I wanted to know if I can generate the report by adding a wild card to the IP field as indicated in fig.1 below?

 

The IP field will not allow you to add wild card to the IP addresses and in other to generate the report you can create a user grouping by IPs at Settings->User Groupings->Group information->Group Definitions
