Users/Members in LDAP group not showing in report
I created an LDAP group and added a user and the user already belongs to a different LDAP group. But when I generated a report the user does not show up under the LDAP group that I just created and he is been authenticated properly. Why is that happening?
Answer: When you have a user in different LDAP groups the reporter will only show the groups under which the user is been authenticated. For example if a user is in LDAP Group A, Group B and he is been authenticated on Group B. Then when you generate a report it will only show the user under Group B and not Group A.
