Is there a way to allow a single site for an override account?

When setting up overrides it appears to open everything for the rule you give the Override Account.  Is there a way to allow just one site/domain?

Answer:
Yes and No, override accounts is a custom profile for an individual but is designed as a category filter, you may setup the profile to block all categories except  custom category to one url or allow everything on one web site.

example:
Go to Library>Category Grouping>Click on Custom Category>add a category

http://domain.com/myprofile/index.html <---this will allow only this page

 *.domain.com   <---------will allow everything on that domain.com
