To obtain the latest version of authenticat.exe go here https://support.trustwave.com/wf/upgrade.asp

Install this application on a admin station and build it, open the application and open a new package.

The Ip to add is the Virtual IP in your filter, do not add the administration IP. take the default settings.

"save as" and a web page should popup with all the details you need.
