When you highlight a file on System -> Backup/Restore page and click “Download,” a pop-up box should appear allowing you to specify a location to save the file.  If nothing happens after you click “Download,” one of the following steps should resolve the issue:
  • Disable any pop-up blockers and firewalls on your workstation.
  • Option 1:  Hold down the “Ctrl” key on your keyboard while clicking the “Download” button.
  • Option 2:  In Internet Explorer, go to "Tools > Internet Options > Security" tab.  Highlight the "Internet" icon and click on the "Custom Level..." button.  Scroll to the "Downloads > Automatic prompting for file downloads" option and select the "Enable" option.  Click OK twice to save the settings.
  • Option 3: In Internet Explorer, go to "Tools > Internet Options > Security" tab.  Highlight the "Local Intranet" icon and click on the "Sites..." button.  Click on "Advanced" and in the "Add this Web site to the zone:" field, add the R3000's IP.  Click OK three times to save the settings
