Not being able to access a URL without getting a block page
If you are not able to access an HTTP URL that should be available and at the same time you are not getting a block page for this URL but rather a generic "Page cannot be displayed" error message, it may then simply mean the web site you are trying to access may be down for whatever reason.
Please note that if the site you are not able to access it's an HTTPS site, then it could be getting getting blocked by the R3000 if that site belongs to a category being blocked in the end user filtering profile. This would be an expected behavior - When browsing a secure site, the communication is encrypted. Since this communication is encrypted, the R3000 can't insert a message into that encrypted stream when the user attempts to connect to a page that you are blocking. The only thing R3000 can do is reset the network connection, which will result in "Page cannot be displayed" or "The connection was reset" depending on the browser.
