Unable to apply a patch
You select the patch in your "Available Patches" window and click "Apply," but nothing happens, or you get a strange error message.
Possible solution:
TURN POPUP BLOCKER OFF
Make sure that EULA is not being blocked due to Google Chrome POP-UP blocked setting enabled. you will then be able to accept the "End User License Agreement". Beginning with patch 2.0.00.32, the next screen you see after clicking "Apply" will be an End User License Agreement (EULA). You must acknowlege that you read the EULA before the patch installation can continue. The R3000 uses port 8082 to display the EULA. If you have a firewall between your workstation and the R3000, be sure that port 8082 is not being blocked.
