I am receiving Apache Tomcat Error when uploading Global/IP Profile Text File, how can I fix this?

Reply:

Upload/Download IP Profile and receiving an Apache/Tomcat Error as shown below; Apache Tomcat/4.0.3 - HTTP Status 500 - Internal Server Error It means that your text file contains comment lines that usually start with # sign. Please remove these comments and upload file again. Text file should only contain profile information.
