If the Windows performance monitor or other WMI application is using one of the WebMarshal performance counters during an upgrade then you will be asked to restart the WebMarshal system after the upgrade.After the reboot however the performance counters that were running may not appear in the Windows performance monitor and the WebMarshal dashboard will not display any new data.
To resolve these issues, restart the WMController service.
To restart the service access services.msc and right click on the WebMarshal Node Controller service and select Restart.
