HOWTO: How do I print a report of all Blocked Sites?

Expand / Collapse

This article applies to:

  • WebMarshal Reports

Question:

  • How do I print a report of all Blocked Sites?
  • Want to list sites that were blocked

Procedure:

To report on blocked sites:

  1. Ensure that every WebMarshal Site rule that blocks a request also logs a Site Classification.
    • If you are using WebMarshal default rules for versions 3.X and above, Site Classifications are logged.
  2. In Marshal Reporting Console, use the WebMarshal report Site Classification by Site. The default view of this report lists the sites that are classified in each classification.
  3. Review the site listings for classifications that are associated with blocking actions.

Notes:

Blocked sites are also listed in the drill-down views of Blocked Requests reports.
