Symptoms

• Error Message: Runtime Error! Program: This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way. Please contact the applications support team for more information.
• Quarantine Sync tool unable to complete.

Causes

• One or more of the .Log and .mml files saved to the Quarantine folder are named in the wrong format.
  Note: The name format consists of three parts (message.edition.server) and the extension (log or mml), e.g. 46ad5bca0000.46ad5bca0011.0001.Log and 46ad5bca0000.46ad5bca0011.0001.mml     

Resolution:

Search the Quarantine folder for any files that are not in the format and remove them to another directory, or delete them.
