No, MailMarshal cannot alter the contents of attached files. MailMarshal is intended as a security scanning gateway and this functionality is outside the scope of that function.

MailMarshal can scan the contents of many types of files. MailMarshal can remove attachments or block messages based on the results of scanning.

When MailMarshal removes ("strips") attachments, only the attachments that triggered a specific rule condition are removed. For more information, see the Help for standard rule actions.
