PRB: Some reports show "No Detailed Information".

  • Security Reporting Center 2.1

Symptoms:

  • Some reports show "No Detailed Information".
  • Not all of my reports show useful data.

Causes:

This message is reported because there is no detailed information found in the log file that relates to a table included in the report.

Information:

In order to not see this message you will need to create a custom template that does not contain the table that is producing the message.  In order to create a new template please follow the steps below:

  1. Select Firewall Reporting or Proxy Reporting (depending on which type of report you are trying to use).
  2. Click Templates.
  3. Click New Template.
  4. Give the template a name and click Next.
  5. Click Add Chapters (folder icon).
  6. Highlight all of the chapters you want to see in your report and click Select.
  7. Click Done.
  8. Click Next.
  9. Click Save.

NOTE:  If you would like to group different reports into specific chapters please repeat steps 6 and 7 for each chapter that you want to create.

Notes:

If you are not running version 2.1 you will need to upgrade as modifying templates is not available in prior versions.  To download version 2.1 please see the following page (requires login): https://support.trustwave.com/Security-Reporting-Center/upgrade.asp
